Our Story
UnicornCRM was born out of frustration. As healthcare practitioners ourselves and through conversations with colleagues, we saw the same problems repeated across the industry: fragmented tools, compliance concerns, and software that seemed designed for anyone but the people actually using it.
Canadian healthcare practitioners face unique challenges. PHIPA compliance isn't optional—it's essential. Yet many practice management tools are built for American markets, leaving Canadian practitioners to piece together solutions and hope for the best.
